Add SC_MARK_BAR marker and INDIC_POINT_TOP indicator which are useful for change

history. Tweak size of INDIC_POINT and INDIC_POINTCHARACTER. Let translucency of
INDIC_COMPOSITIONTHICK be adjusted.
