Removed deprecated APIs.
Added gets to match sets for UndoCollection, BufferedDraw, CodePage,
UsePalette, ReadOnly, CaretFore, and ModEventMask.
Undo collection status is a bool again - enumeration deprecated.
Timing code commented out.
