Subject: Backport: Feature [feature-requests:#1211]. Use pre-computed table
 for UTF8BytesOfLead. Friendlier treatment of invalid UTF-8. Add tests for
 UniConversion handling invalid UTF-8. Simplify UTF8Classify tests.
