Backport: Feature [feature-requests:1347]. Optimize large insertions by using a table-driven line end discovery algorithm and performing line insertions in batches.
Backport of changeset 8229:c88f8cdede65, but with a "reinterpret_cast<>" in
place of "if constexpr()". This shouldn't be an issue, but if so, it will be
when largeDocument is true.
