some minor Doxygen documentation improvements

 * avoid warnings
 * make sure Doxygen finds RBEntryOwnString
 * it would be nice to strip the top level `SciTECO` namespace
   but this is not supported without some macro magic that
   ommit the namespace declaration when processing with
   Doxygen.
